Merchant questions

What product types are supported?

All categories. Priority intake for electronics, fashion, home & living, and beauty. If you sell physical products in Singapore, we want to index them.

How do you handle out-of-stock items?

Out-of-stock products are flagged with in_stock: false in API responses. Daily syncs update availability so agents always see current stock status.

Do you support Shopee / Lazada sellers?

Yes. We already index products from Lazada SG, Shopee SG, and Qoo10 SG. If you sell on these platforms, your products may already be in our catalog. Direct merchant partnerships get enhanced data fidelity.

How is pricing determined?

During alpha: free. We charge a flat listing fee post-GA, not a transaction percentage. We will give early merchant partners advance notice before any pricing changes.
